WHAT WE DOTo help you meet your continuing obligations, AllTranstek's StencilWatch® combines the data and workflow processes associated with several of our programs, including the following:
Qualification & Maintenance Procedures.AllTranstek Qualification and Maintenance Procedures include federal and industry scheduled maintenance tasks including visual inspection, structural integrity inspection, service equipment inspection, internal coating and lining inspection, safety systems inspections, and thickness testing. They also include certain quantified nondestructive testing methods.
FleetWatch RCM® (Reliability Centered Maintenance). AllTranstek collects information defined within the AllTranstek Qualification and Maintenance Procedures that has been documented on AllTranstek forms (e.g., records of inspections and tests) from each StencilWatch® participant and their third-party maintenance providers. The information is downloaded and electronically stored within our Document Hosting System (DHS) and is the foundation for the statistical analyses and reporting for the Qualification and Interval Analysis.
Tank Car Integrated Database (TCID) Compliance. Tank car owners are responsible for reporting repair and modification data via TCID. AllTranstek manages all TCID data entry and submittals on behalf of the owner.
Record Keeping / Document Hosting System (DHS).
AllTranstek’s DHS allows clients to digitally store, index, sort, and access documents. DHS provides easy screen viewing and printing, as well as security protection and access authorization limitations for each document.
ShopWatch® Supplier Assessment.AllTranstek's ShopWatch® program audits tank car repair facilities for existence of regulatory compliance processes and meeting car owner procedure requirements in the facilities' qualification or maintenance process.
Qualification and Interval Analysis. Participants’ fleet maintenance and repair data are aggregated for the purpose of providing general inspection interval and component analysis. Reliability curves reflect the summary of this data giving each car owner additional information to determine acceptance criteria to support their qualification interval decisions.
