u Select the Promotions URL: pro.sony.eu/promotions

u If you do not already have an account on pro.sony.eu/promotions then you will need to register and set up a password

Either log-in here with email address and password

Complete the Registration form and set a password

Or Register by clicking on Sign In

u Once you are registered you will see your name in the log-in box

You will see your name as confirmation that you are logged in.

Link to Contact Us. This is the place to go for all your questions

Click on My Account to change your details and see your cashback claims status

uClick on promotion banner to be taken to the promotion landing page. Here you will find all the information to complete your claim.

Prepare your documents to attach to your claim form

Step 3

Scan in your invoice and make sure it is readable

Take picture of the serial number from the base of your product

Have available your bank account details (IBAN and BIC)

Step 4

Make your claimu Click on the ‘Claim Cashback’ link to take you to the redemption form

u Complete the form and attach the required documents.

Note: Note: A separate claim form must be created for each eligible Sony product purchased. This promotion is limited to 3 cashback claim per end-user.

Step 5

Once you have completed your claim form, you will receive claim status updates during the process:

1. A redemption code starting with 143687…..(13 digits)

2. A confirmation email that your claim is eithercompliant or needs re-submitting with furtherinformation or is rejected and the reasons forthe non-compliance

3. If compliant, you will then receive a confirmationthat the cashback will shortly be transferred intoyour account

4. You are able to track the progress of yourclaims using the link ‘Follow up your requests’in My Account. See below:
