About GuidersLeading from the front, Guiders Education is a trendsetter in the arena of Job Oriented Education in Kerala. It was conceived and established many years ago by a pioneering lady, Riya Ann Cherian from a modest office in Cochin. Now, operating out of its Corporate Office at Cochin and its branches at Thrissur and Thiruvalla, Guiders is an Authorized Training Centre for Open University Malaysia-IPD, IATA, BSS and GDS companies. It has made its mark in providing well groomed and industry ready professionals for Multi National Companies and other Corporate Offices. It also has business partnership alliances with companies for training students to suit their own unique needs.

Striding into the 12th year, we see hopes of a successful and challenging time ahead. The placements this year have fallen in line very well, in spite of the ravages of the recent floods. We were indeed happy to support some of our students to tide over the struggles that they had to face due to the unprecedented natural disaster. We have come a long way indeed, from a small beginning, beating all odds and progressing in leaps and bounds.

The year ahead holds many promises. Standing shoulder to shoulder, our combined efforts and commitment will see Guiders Education train and place a few hundreds more. I feel thrilled when I think of all the entrepreneurs, corporate managers and executives, placed all over the world, who have had Guiders Education as the springboard of their careers. I will always be grateful for the devotion and dedication of my fellow Directors, my staff and above all, my students over the years. In the course of these past years, footfalls came in from all over South India and some even from abroad.

From our primary office in Cochin, we branched out to Thrissur and Thiruvalla. We started our journey with Aviation and Tourism, in association with IATA and then ventured into the verticals of Shipping, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, associating with the Open University Malaysia.
