Stautzenberger College in Maumee Ohio, announced today that it will offer a new 40 week program for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. The new program will be offered beginning with the Spring Quarter, which starts April 20, 2015. Stautzenberger College is part of the American Higher Education Development Corp (AHED) family of colleges.

“Stautzenberger College has been providing career-focused education since 1926, and we pride ourselves on preparing students for their given careers,” said Steven Allen, Stautzenberger College’s campus president in Maumee. “We see a need for this valuable career in the community and we are happy that we can contribute to the betterment of our community by educating this workforce.”

During the 40 week program, students will receive training in HVAC/R systems, their operation, and diagnosis to prepare them for entry level positions in the trade. They will gain the skills necessary to work as Heating/Cooling Technician, Refrigeration Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technicians or Part and Service Staff. Student will receive industry standards training that will prepare them for certification commensurate to the local job market.
