TruPoints Redemption

1. Main Homepage – Login to https://trurewards.bankislam.com.my

2. Login with the registered username and password.

3. Successful login.

4. Main redemption page with the product category will be displayed on the left panel.

5. Select from product category for item to be redeemed.

6. Redemption Details - Name of the redemption item, quantity, item code and TruPoints will be displayed. - Click Next

7. Confirmation of Shipping Address. - Confirm/change your shipping address. - Click “I agree to TruRewards Terms and Conditions” - Click Update

8. Confirm shipping address. - Click Next to proceed.

9. Click redeem once you have confirm to proceed with redemption.

10. Redemption summary appeared as acknowledgement.
