Steps to apply NOC Migration Transfer Online

1. Link to apply for NOC Migration Transfer online.

2. a) Only first year passed students eligible to apply NOC Migration Transfer (MBBS, BDS, ALLIED, BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, BUMS, PHYTH) b) All year passed Nursing candidates are eligible at discretion of RGUHS. (AUTH/Migration Transfer-Student-

354/2008-09)

c) All years passed Pharmacy students are eligible.

d) The applicant candidate shall submit his application for Migration complete in all respects to all the

authorities concerned within a period of one month of passing of (date of declaration of result) the 1st

Year/1st professional examination.

e) The number of seats available for Migration Transfer i.e. one at the student is studying at present and one

to which migration is sought shall not exceed 5% of the sanctioned annual intake capacity.

3. Enter Registration Number, Mobile Number, Email id to get OTP to your Registered Mobile Number. Click on

Get OTP button to get OTP. Enter OTP then Click on submit button.

4. a) After click on sumit button student will get some basic details and enter the remaining required fields .

b) Once all details filled by the student then click on save button.

5. Once registered successfully student will get Application Number and password to your registered mobile

number. Keep the message for future reference.

6. Enter application number and valid password then click on submit button to login.

7. Reset password .

a. After entering application number OTP will be send to registered mobile number.

Note: There is only three attempt to reset password.

b. If OTP verified then you can reset the password.

8. Upload all mandatory documents.

Note: After document upload, once declaration form submitted by student not allow to upload the

documents/changes in document upload.

9. a) Read the declaration form carefully then click on accept declaration button.

b) Upload scanned copy of student signature then click on submit button.

10. Go to payment page click on pay button.

12. a) After successful payment, status will be display in page.

b) If payment successfully done then payment status will be SUCCESS.

c) If payment not done correctly then payment status will be Fail.

13. a) After successful payment, student can download the application form by clicking on Download option.

b) Click on Print Application to get Application form.

14. a) Documents uploaded by Student are verified by the university.

b) Once the application is approved by the director then student will get a message to download the NOC

Migration Transfer certificate.

c) Once you get a message then login by entering Application number and password, click on Download

Migration certificate option, click on view button to view the certificate.

15. Click on Download button to download the certificate.
