1. Refer to Standard Which valve has been manufactured based on it.

2. Refer to Test section of related standard.

3. Valve will be tested based on requirements as specified in related standard.

4. Test result will be checked based on acceptance criteria as specified in standard
نتایج تست با ضوابط پذیرش مشخص شده در استاندارد سنجیده می شود

A. Hydrostatic Shell Test : Based On Para. 9.3 of API 6D
B. Hydrostatic Seat Test : Based On Para. 9.4 of API 6D
C. Low-pressure Gas Seat Testing (Optional): Based On Para. H.3 of API 6D

a. Valve ends shall be closed off and the obturator placed in the partially open position during the test
انتهای شیر باید بسته بوده و شیر در حالت نیمه باز قرار بگیرد
b. Refer to standard ASME B16.34 for determining working pressure @ 100 °F (38 °C) Based on valve Material & rating
درجه سانتیگراد تعیین 38مراجعه کرده و فشار کاری را با توجه به کالس شیر و متلایر در دمای 16.34برای تعیین فشار کاری به استاندارد میکنیم
c. Shell test pressure = 1.5 X working pressure @ 38 °C
درجه سانتیگراد خواهد بود38برابر فشار کاری در دمای 1.5فشار تست پوسته

Step 3-BHydrostatic Seat Test : Based On Para. 9.4 of API 6D
1. Valve Function = Double Block & Bleed
2. With the valve unseated and partially open, the valve and its cavity shall be completely filled with test fluid. The valve shall then be closed and the valve body vent valve opened to allow excess test fluid to overflow from the valve-cavity test connection. The test pressure shall be applied simultaneously from both valve ends. Seat tightness shall be monitored via overflow through the valve cavity connection.
