Christmas gift warningIt all began with an iPhone... March was when our son celebrated his 17th birthday, and we got him an iPhone. He just loved it. Who wouldn't?

I celebrated my birthday in July, and my wife made me very happy when she bought me an iPad.

Our daughter's birthday was in August so we got her an iPod Touch.

GSOC Tax Exempt Status

• GSOC first formed as a taxable, non-profit Corporation

• Began research to become non-taxable in 2007

• Submitted application to the IRS in January 2011

Current Status

• Approved August 10, 2011• 501(c)(4) Civic League• Eliminates ~ $350,000 in accrued Federal tax

liabilities• Annual Federal Tax Filing will be replaced

with Annual Form 990 filing
