After the entire Coaching series is completed, the home site “Coach” Steward and the away Steward both send a quick e-mail to Volunteer Resources. Nothing elaborate is needed, just something to trigger the fact that the volunteer has completed the requirements and is being recommended by two Site Stewards. Example: TO: volunteer.fpd@cookcountyil. gov I recommend that “Will Begreat” be certified as a Stewardship Workday Leader. Stu Steward Sherwood Forest Volunteer Resources will update the Online Volunteer System (OVS), produce a new ID badge, print a WDL certificate and will also send out a new Stewardship Workday Leader binder.
