Mica Tape consist of phlogopite mica paper (or synthetic mica paper) impregnated with special silicone resin and glass fiber cloth (or Polyethylene film) as supporting agent. These tapes have great flexibility and high tensile strength, and their combined characteristics mean they can be used to create inorganic, fire-resistant insulation for electrical cables.

Mica roll is a result of specially pressed mica product which is made of phologpite mica paper and silicon resin. The thickness ranges from 0.2mm to 0.8mm, breakdown voltage is above 15KV, tensile strength is above N/15mm and temperature resistance is above 800°C.

Mica plate is mica laminate designed for providing outstanding electrical insulation at high temperature, which consist of approximately 90%Muscovite (or Phlogopite) and 10% high temperature resistant silicone resin.
◆ Excellent thermal resistance, muscovite mica retain insulation properties at 500℃ and phlogopite mica sheet resistant temperature up to 750℃.◆ Excellent electric insulation, normally the breakdown voltage is more than 15KV/mm.◆ Excellent flexural strength and easy to be punched and machined.◆ Environment safe. It is incombustible, asbestos and halogen free and does not create toxic gases.

Mica tube is formed by muscovite paper or phlogopite paper fixed with silicon resin, and processed by roll form. It has good dielectric capability and excellent mechanical strength, and often used as the insulating tube form material in all kinds of electric equipments, motors, furnaces, electric-arc furnaces, other metallurgy industry equipments.
Mica tube is generally 10~1000mm length, the internal diameter is 8~300mm. Special size and tolerance can be determined by agreement.
