the demo account expires, you may ask to the designated person of Romcapital (the one that contacted you before), to extend

your demo account, or you can open a new one on our website: www.stockhitworld.ro.

How can I open a real trading account?Opening a real account can be made easily on our website: www.romcapital.ro- Open real account. After you have registered

on the website, by adding your personal data, you will automatically receive the contract filled in electronically, together with

the application for the account opening and the schedules, which you will have to list in two copies and send them signed at

Romcapital's headquarters. An alternative for the website registration regarding the real account opening is a simple request

to the e-mail address: support@romcapital.ro.

After you have sent your application (by any mean) you will be contacted by Romcapital's staff for additional information.

What is the minimum amount for opening a real account on StockHit World trading platform and what documents are required?The minimum amount for opening a real account is EUR 2.000 in order to trade CFDs, Forex, Gold and Silver. If you want to

trade also Stocks and Future contracts, the minimum required amount is EUR 10.000.

ID copy (individuals)

Copy of tax registration certificate, ORC ascertainment certificate, constitutional record, the latest annual financial

Can I change the layout on StockHit World?The layout can be completely customised enabling you to:

Add, name, edit or delete Views (with their access tabs) from the View menu

Add modules to a view from the Trading menu

Save changes to the workspaces from the File menu. You will also be asked if you want to save any changes when you

exit the StockHit World

Also StockHit World features a docking system that allows you to glue modules to fixed places within a View. Modules can be

displayed in a variety of different formats, including tabbed documents and free-floating panels that allow you to place modules

outside of the workspace (ideal if you are working with more than one screen).

How „live” are the prices in StockHit World?Forex, Forex Options, Index & Commodity CFDs products live prices are streamed to the platform directly through our liquidity

providers.

The StockHit World trading platform offers the possibility to subscribe, directly through the platform, for real time prices.

Also, you can have Direct Market Access (DMA) for most CFDs.

How can I use a Limit Order?Limit orders are commonly used to enter a market and to take profit at predefined levels. Limit orders to buy are placed below

the current market price and are executed when the Ask price hits or breaches the price level specified. (If placed above the

current market price, the order is filled instantly at the best available price below or at the limit price.) Limit orders to sell are

placed above the current market price and are executed when the Bid price breaches the price level specified. (If placed below

the current market price, the order is filled instantly at the best available price above or at the limit price.) When a limit order

is triggered, it is filled as soon as possible at the price obtainable on the market. Note that the price at which your order is filled

may differ from the price you set for the order if the opening price of the market is better than your limit price.

How can I use a Stop Order?Forex Stop orders are commonly used to exit positions and to protect investments in the event that the market moves against

an open position. Stop orders to sell are placed below the current market level and are executed when the Bid price hits or

breaches the price level specified. Stop orders to buy are placed above the current market level and are executed when the Ask

price hits or breaches the price level specified.

StockHit World supports a variety of stop orders, including Stop if Bid and Stop if Offered Orders. Stop if Bid orders are

commonly used to buy the applicable currency pair in a rising market. If the price level specified in the order is actually Bid on

the market, the order will be filled at the price offered by the market maker. On Forex, we recommend the use of Stop if Bid

orders only to buy positions. The use of Stop if Bid to sell Forex positions can result in positions being prematurely closed if a

market event causes the Bid/Ask spread to temporarily widen. Stop if Offered orders are commonly used to sell the applicable

currency pair in a falling market. If the price level specified is actually offered in the market, the order will be filled at the price

bid by market maker. On Forex, we recommend the use of Stop if Offered orders only to sell positions. The use of Stop if Offered

orders to buy Forex positions can result in positions being prematurely closed if a market event causes the Bid/Ask spread to

temporarily widen.

What are Related Trade Orders?Related, or contingent, orders are trade orders linked together to create more complex trading strategies. There are several

types of contingent orders, the most popular of which are If Done and O.C.O. orders. If Done orders (also known as slave orders)

where a slave, or subordinate, order only becomes active if the first one is executed. One Cancels the Other (O.C.O.) is an order

sequence where the execution of one order cancels the other. O.C.O. orders are often used to place both a stop loss and a profit

taking (limit) order around a position – the first of the orders to execute will automatically cancel the other.

What is a ticket fee threshold?The minimum amount that a client can trade without incurring a ticket fee. For trades below this threshold, a small ticket fee

of USD 10 is added to the trade to cover administration costs.
