“STOP AND GO” (AN EU PROJECT) - THE PRINCIPLES OF ROLLING OUT SUSTAINABLE PROCUREMENT SOLUTIONS FOR TELEHEALTH PRODUCTS Dr Bryan Griffiths
STOP and GO is a PPI Pilot project funded by the ICT Policy Support Programme (ICT PSP) as part of the Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme of the European Union. The project began in April 2014 and will run for 36 months. The overarching strategy of STOPandGO is to pilot an innovative procurement process to improve the lives of older citizens. The project will produce and validate a standard “European Specification Template”, that will be enacted in a coordinated manner in 7 localities.
