Our ProgramApplies only to improved properties with

impervious surface coverage

Two categories of assessment: Residential and Nonresidential

Fee is phased in over 3 years (60% / 80% / 100%)

Credits of up to 50% are available for multifamily residential and nonresidential properties to account for existing practices

Equivalent residential unit (ERU) is 2,940 sq ft
