Introduction

IBM had been leading the (storage) industry for the last 10 years with its Storage Virtualization products

In 2010 the core technology behind IBM Storage Virtualization was released within the Storwize V7000 Platform

The software and hardware is entirely developed by IBM’s Systems and Technology Group
