Introduction into where we are filming and a bit of back ground about the college via voice over. This is of the sign outside school, it pans from the road across to the sign. This shot will last about 10 seconds. Yet to be scripted. Time lapse, waist down shot. This shot will have voice over whilst it’s being shown. The shot will last approximately 20 seconds in order to allow the intro voice over to be long enough to lead into the documentary. This will make an introduction into the question of whether homework is worth the stress and will give 1 or 2 facts. It’s yet to be scripted. Medium shot of the student working in college, the mis en scene will be of the classroom environment, therefore making it relevant to the topic. Voice over will give further facts of homework etc. and will lead into the vox pop interviews. This shot will last another 20 seconds. Yet to be scripted. Medium shot of vox pop interviews. This shows the opinions of students at the school and therefore some of the target audience that are viewing the show will have their opinions showed. Is too much homework give out? Does it positively affect your learning? How many hours do you spend doing homework a week?

Medium shot of 1st expert responding to the questions asked. Space to the left so they are talking into the open space, they are talking to the left of the camera so they are looking at the interviewer. Lasting for around 40 seconds.

Medium panning shot of the exam board. This is lead into from the expert explaining how doing homework positively affects exams. This gives the narrator chance to summarise and lead into the next slot of voxpops. 10 seconds

Medium shot of 2nd lot of vox pop interviews. This shows the opinions of students at the school and therefore some of the target audience that are viewing the show will have their opinions showed. Is too much homework give out? Does it positively affect your learning? How many hours do you spend doing homework a week?60 seconds. Responses mostly negative views to homework.

Medium shot of 1st expert responding to the questions asked. Space to the left so they are talking into the open space, they are talking to the left of the camera so they are looking at the interviewer. Lasting for around 50 seconds. Similar views as first expert, agrees with him and is contradicting what most students say.

Another establishing shot of the college from a different angle, summarising up what has been said throughout the whole documentary and asking rhetorical questions in order to get the audience questioning what they believe.10 seconds

Another shot of working in library and books of library. Showing the mis en scene linked to homework. This will be the final shot and will allow the narrator to summarise and finish of the documentary. 10 seconds
