takING AIESEC to more young people.
Generation 2014.
needs to have
that we will deliver 1240 high
quality experiences, .
But how will we achieve these goals?
Here are solutions that I offer.
bottom line - having strong program induction for not just TLP and Tlp but also for GCDP and
GIP to all our partners and participants.
bottom line - having right marketing and EwA strategies which amplifies aiesec’s outreach,
having direct contribution to ELD
Bottom line - expand into more markets and cities and deliver exchange experiences in them.
Bottom line - having simple processes, focused action steps , ENSURING DELIVERY EFFICIENCY
Bottom line - develop each experience as a unique experience, developing behaviour of making
people responsible for experience delivery.
And if each experience is a unique powerful leadership experience, aiesec will become
truly relevant to the society.
