Click on the Assessments tab to Create a new ASSESSMENT

Click Create New Assessment

Select Next to move to next screen

should show Select Assessment Type as Quiz

Select Add Question to add more question to

the assessment

Select Question Type: based on type of responses to be captured - Multi Select: option to select more than one answer from multiple choicesSingle Select: Single answer can be selected from multiple choicesStack Rank: option to rank choices in the order of preference by rearrangement.Select Save Question at the bottom of the page to move to next screen

Select PUBLISH to see the entered assessment in the iPad .
