StrutFoot were Formed in 2012 due to a demand placed on their fabrication division for a high quality but economic alternative for flat roof support systems to the HVAC, mechanical and electrical sectors.

As a company StrutFoot pride themselves on excellent customer service with unrivalled lead times on quotations, manufacture and delivery. All standard and bespoke products are manufactured “in house” giving them total control over the design and production schedule.

StrutFoot have a solution for the installation of all rooftop HVAC, M&E services and safe access.

Stourflex have chosen to work with StrutFoot to introduce their rooftop pipe supports into our range, which will enable us to expand the scope of our Technically Advanced Flexible Solutions and which will combine perfectly with our Framo secondary steel supports, to allow us to support rooftop mounted pipework of all sizes that is subject to thermal expansion, in a manner that will provide a stable support with a very low friction coefficient along with a solution for the issue of anchoring expansion joints on an roof top with an impenetrable membrane. In addition the StrutFoot frames high efficiency HDPE feet are ideal for supporting rooftop mounted plant such as chillers and fans, these feet can be mounted on Standard or Heavy Duty Unistrut frames.

Stourflex believe that by providing a complete solution to the question of thermal expansion provision in pipework, we can offer the customer greater assurance in our designs and products than at any point since our foundation in 1947.

• The H Frame kit is a quick and easy solution to support all cable management, ducting and pipework.

StrutFoot SFR Range Suitable For Pipe & Cable Management

• Material Specification SBR – Recycled Rubber. Bound using a ratio of high quality moisture curing Polyurethane Pre-Polymer..

• Metal Profile Pre Galvanised strut 40mm x 20mm profile compatible with strut fixings.

• Working Conditions Suitable for both internal & external location with a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. BSEN60068-2-14.

The 6 feet of the standard SRF range are a practical and versatile support solution for pipe work and cable trays. They can also be used for smaller outdoor condensing units or air source heat pump installations. The feet have a 41mm x 21mm ‘bonded’ in channel, which is recessed into the top face allowing you to use standard strut fixings to secure your services to the feet. Our SFR range are made from recycled SBR rubber, making them an environmentally sound choice, in addition they also have the added advantage of vibration and noise absorption which makes them the perfect product for roof or ground level installation.

The SFR range also includes a Mini Split Kit ideal for small fans and other equipment.

StrutFoot Beam The StrutFoot Beam is an adjustable heavy duty support system. This system is typically used with heavy Air Handling Units (AHU’s) or when we have to pick up existing beams on the roof.

StrutFoot Quad – Fixed / Adjustable The quad system is a quick and easy solution to support large / heavy AHU’s, Chillers and plant rooms, all the framework on each quad is HDG ensuring there will be no rust / corrosion when installed outside, it can be supplied with either our R305 or our R500 plastic feet. We manufacture a welded framework for our adjustable and fixed quad to ensure strength and minimise the deflection in the strut.

StrutFoot Access The StrutFoot Access range consists of StepOver’s & Platform’s.

• Each StepOver is complete with 1000mm wide steps, a 1000 x 1000mm platform and the handrail to suit.

• With in-house design and manufacturing facilities StrutFoot can supply and Install bespoke StepOver’s & Platform’s to meet the customer’s requirements.

• The framework on all of our access is HDG (hot dipped galvanised) ensuring there will be no rust or corrosion.

• All of the leg assemblies supplied with the StepOver are adjustable and supplied with our R305 plastic feet.
