PolyJet prints photopolymer materials in microscopic layers fromheads onto a build tray and instantly cures them with UV light.
Notes
Each photopolymer layer is cured by ultraviolet light immediately as it is printed, producing fully cured models without post-curing. A gel-like support material designed to uphold overhangs and easily removed with a WaterJet or soluble for automated post-processing.

Support Materials
Ø WaterJet Removable: the main component, Poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl), 1,2-Propylene glycol, Glycerin, Phosphine oxide and acrylic acid ester.
Ø Soluble: the main component, 1,2-Propylene glycol, Polyethylene glycol, Acrylic monomer, Methanone
Ø Rigid Opaque: Excellent detail visualization in gray, black, white and blue. The main component: acrylate monomer, diacrylate, acetate and pigment
Ø Transparent: Rigid, nearly colorless material featuring proven dimensional stability for general purpose, fine-detail model building and visual simulation transparent thermoplastic such as PMMA.The main component: acrylate monomer and dimethanol diacrylate.
Ø Simulated Polypropylene: Simulated Polypropylene material is tough, flexible and durable. It enables you to 3D print precision prototypes that look and behave like polypropylene. The main component: acrylate and acrylic monomer, polyoxyethylene triacrylate, phosphine oxide, acrylic acid ester.
Ø High Temperature: High Temperature heat-resistant material simulates the thermal performance of standard plastics and is ideal for thermal testing of static parts. The main component: acrylate oligomer, diacrylate, acrylate monomer, titanium dioxide and acetate.
