WOP Implementation

• Implementation involves 4 main steps

– Identification & matching of partners

– Diagnostic visit – work planning, MOU

– Reciprocal visit – Seeing is Believing

– On-the-Job training visits to implement pilot

• Replication of tangible results by recipient

From WOP to UMP

• WOP tackle 1-2 operational issues

• UMP build capacity to implement GCAP action(s)

• GCAP actions are often cross-cutting sectors and

have multiple stakeholders

• Need for local platform(s) to learn, engage and

collaborate
