Basic: Coaches go with the cohort their feeder middle schools once during the year to build a pathway with potential cohort students from 8th grade to 9th grade.
Adequate: Coaches go with the cohort their feeder middle schools twice during the year to build a pathway with potential cohort students from 8th grade to 9th grade.
Optimal: Coaches go to each of three middle schools at least once per week to connect with potential students who may qualify for the cohort and develop/deliver High School Readiness support via advisory periods for all 8th graders. 9th grade cohort students may be requested to present to 8th grade students as a part of a community service project.
