Google for the Mentoring Program) • Organizing career events such as: Connecting with Business; Career Day for Undergrads & Masters; Career Day for Executives • Managing alumni network and events: Alumni Abroad, Annual Meeting; Professional Expertise Meetings • Promoting job opportunities and helping companies with CV screening e referring of job candidates • Delivering Career Coaching for executive education students and alumni • Managing the employability observatory for MBA's • Inviting company representatives for lectures and students‘ evaluations panels • Coordinating a Teen Academy program for prospective students – Young Enterprise • Managing an Advisory Centre for prospective students • Organizing welcome activities for first year undergraduates • Delivering counselling throught the Coaching Program for undergraduates (individual or group, connected with project courses, for example) and throught the Mentoring Program for masters’ students • Organizing management challenges for all education levels – Católica Porto Management Challenge • Coordinating assessment centers for masters’ students • Promoting development workshops for masters’ students: Stand Up & Lead; Go Ahead & Talk; Sit Down & Plan • Coordinating skills development initiatives like the Mentoring Program Opening Session or Mentors and Mentees Get Together Session • Preparing students for events such as the Career Day for Undergrads & Masters or for public presentations Intervention Areas Dissemination of good pratices and Benchmarking: Career Services Meetings | Conferences Attendance | Research Seminars | Consulting
