Ballad will work with your leadership and community to support Strategic Planning based on your shared priorities. The process will leverage your strengths to seize opportunities, resulting in community focus and alignment. Ballad recognizes that every Indigenous community is working within its own unique environment and will provide a plan that reflects current conditions and circumstances. We will identify the local context, conduct a deep exploration of the focus area, and define the ways in which we will engage Indigenous rights holders and other applicable stakeholder groups. We work collaboratively to gather input, feedback and ideas through a variety of engagement methods such as interviews, surveys, workshops, talking circles and digital tools. Our findings will be compiled to create strategic priorities, recommendations and a report back to the community.
