Mathias’ past experience is focused on strategy design and execu�on for private, public and non-profit organiza�ons in the Americas, Middle East and Europe. He has been researching both the theore�cal and prac�cal aspects of the “Strategy Focused Organiza�on” Framework and con�nuously supports organiza�ons on innova�ve new development and growth strategies with the use of Blue Ocean and Stakeholder Experience Co-Crea�on Methodology. Mathias is also a founding member of the Strategy Management Collabora�ve (SMC).
