• Time = Set-up Time + Run Time + Handling Time• Where Run Time = [(Cross Section Area * Sawing Time
Rate) * Number of Cuts]
• Cost = Set-up Cost + Run Cost + Fixed Cost + Tooling Cost• Where Run Cost is determined based on Rate Entry Type.
• Cost & Profit or Cost and Charge: Cost is given.• Charge & Profit: Cost = Charge (1 – Profit %)• Percentage: Cost = Minimum Cost Amount
