Module 0◦ The frame is in 154◦ Straws (report by Neil and Yuriy)◦ Parts and tooling ready by the end of February
64-straw prototype:Test beam with new web and cover with TDC. (validation!)
Electronics◦ Shorter web (received), TDC (FPGA), CARIOCA
baseline Interface parts, which means integration NEW: Micromegas have been ordered for
tracking 4x (10x10cm2). Independent tracking for cosmics and test beam. (~ April)
Rate >100kHz/cm2 and s ~ 25 mm.

Working principle
1 ) Conversion stage:
Ionization of gas by the charged particle which produces electron-ion pairs.Electrons directed by E1 (0.1 to 1 kV / cm) to the micro-grid, and cross the mesh holes.
2 ) Amplification stage:
E2 (≈ 50 kV/cm) >> E1 avalanche, electrons mulitplication.
