Street Children?Street children is a term used for both children who have no family and literally live on the streets and for children who may have a parent, but they make their money in the streets.

Page 7: Street children

The term street children refers to children for whom the street more than their family has become their real home. It includes children who might not necessarily be homeless or without families, but who live in situations where there is no protection, supervision, or direction from responsible adults. - Human Rights Watch

good sources of food, clean drinking water, health care services, and adequate shelter.

They also suffer from absence of parental protection and security.

There is a lack of any kind of moral and emotional support .

The average age at which street children start living on the streets is between 9 and 12 years old.

Public awareness to help street children should be increased. Volunteers who work in these children may be increased. Give them love and shelter. Share food. Giving them adequate education. If street children did not have parents, we can put them in to an orphanage. Organizations that help these children should be risen.
