TIME MANAGEMENT 18 minutes
5 minutes in the morning:
Think about what you need to do today to make it successful
1 minute per hour: refocus
5 minutes in the evening:
Turn off electronics & review the day
Pomodoro techniques Break down work
periods into 25-minute intervals
Once you’ve worked for 25 minutes, take a 5 minute break!
ABC METHOD Categorize each of your tasks by either A, B
or C A: tasks that are urgent & important B: tasks that are important, but not
urgent C: tasks that are not important or urgent
POSEC METHOD PRIORITIZE responsibilities
according to your goals & time ORGANIZE what needs to be
achieved to maintain success STREAMLINE tasks you are not
fond of, but have to be done ECONOMIZE tasks you would
like to perform that are not urgent or important
