It is very natural and important part of life;
One which keeps us alert and motivates us to face different type of challenges;
Another type of stress, which is known as distress, when we do think of any work which is not within our control or our body over-react to that event.

Behavioural Physical Mental Emotional Mixed of All of above Mixed of two or more.
