Rescue by the Government The management says that 50% of the workers on

contract base in Maruti Suzuki and thus do not have right to join the union.

Thus the UPA brought up that workers (permanent or contractual) are to be given their legal dues.

Rescue by management Maruti Suzuki found that situation where

demanded for the cars was outrunning the production capacity.

The problem was internal employees between one unit and another. So to understand it better to solve it out.

Secondary new plant worker were compared with old plant worker so management applied “they do why don’t you do it”.

Thirdly, they applied the practice of japanese management style called t-sunami.
