All praise is due to Allah (SWT), and peace & blessing on his noble

Messengers (AS), in particular, on the last of them all the blessed

Prophet Muhammad (SAAW).

With an indefinite security lockdown in Indian Occupied Kashmir

(IOK) and elected representatives under house arrest, India's Hindu

extremist ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has stripped Kashmiris

of the special autonomy they had for seven decades through a

rushed presidential order on Monday (5 August 2019). It is being

widely recognized as a black day not just in the history of post-

partition India, but for the entire ‘modern’ world.

By repealing Article 370 of the constitution (and the complimentary

article 35-A), people from the rest of India will now have the right to

acquire property in Occupied Kashmir and settle there permanently.

Muslims around the world, other unbiased analysts from around the

globe and the oppressed Kashmiris all see the move as an attempt to

dilute the demographics of Muslim-majority Kashmir with Hindu

settlers. It is the Israeli model of Occupation, Annexation and

Illegitimate settlement that the extremist Hindu government of India is

trying to employ in Occupied Kashmir.

However, it would not come as a ‘sudden shock’ for our readers as

we have been expressing for long the probability of such

misadventures and blatant acts of aggression that the fascist BJP

rulers are capable of enacting.

A lot has been written and said about this Indian move, but just to put

it in a nutshell Article 370 of the Indian constitution had limited the

power of the Indian parliament to impose laws in Indian Occupied

Kashmir, apart from matters of defence, foreign affairs and

communications. Its abrogation (along with the complimentary article

35-A) through a Presidential Decree means that India can treat the

entire occupied territory as part of India and impose whatever laws

and changes that it wants. As India's parliament debated the move,

after the fact it has to be added, 8,000 Central Reserve Police Force

(CRPF) from different parts of the country were moved to IOK.

The annexation by the extremist Hindu government of Modi has

increased the threat of further oppression and even genocide of the

Muslim-majority in the region, where almost all of the residents have

fought for the region's independence or to join Pakistan as ‘Kashmiri

Freedom Fighters’. Their Jihad, in simple words, against the

occupation forces of India has manifestly been vindicated by this

latest Indian move.

To cap it all up, the following notification issued by the Indian

government personifies the real ugly face of the so-called ‘largest

secular democracy of the world’:

"The state has been officially bifurcated into two union

territories – Jammu Kashmir as one and Himalayan

Ladakh region as the other – directly ruled by New Delhi.

Jammu and Kashmir will be a union territory with

legislature while Ladakh will be a union territory without

legislature.

There shall be no movement of public. All educational institutions shall also remain

closed. There will be a complete bar on holding any kind of public meetings or rallies

during the period of operation of this order. Identity cards of essential services officials

will be treated as movement passes wherever required."

We would urge the entire Muslim Ummah to provide moral, diplomatic and physical assistance to

the oppressed Kashmiris in their Jihad against the extremist Hindu government of BJP. We

would also like to call upon the Muslims of India to join hands with their Kashmiri brethren in this

struggle. It is imperative that Pakistan plays a pivotal role in strengthening the oppressed

Kashmiris and help them in confronting the atrocious and extremist BJP rulers of India, by all

means possible.

May Allah (SWT) protect the Muslims in Occupied Kashmir, India and the entire world from the

atrocities being committed against them by the forces of evil. May Allah (SWT) provide them with

manifest victory in this global Jihad and provide them the sincerity and courage to implement His

(SWT) Law in His (SWT) Land.

Russian revolutionary leader Lenin once said, “Show me who your friends are, and I will tell you what you are.” If we apply this to Narendra Modi and India, we can see that the Prime Minister of the so-called

world’s largest democracy counts among his closest allies both Israel and Myanmar. That speaks volumes,

and does nothing for his carefully nurtured ‘uncle-ji’ image.

It cannot be lost on anyone that Israel and Myanmar have appalling records for riding roughshod over international human rights and UN sanctions whilst enforcing brutal occupations, committing war crimes

and carrying out ethnic cleansing. That’s why the world should not be too surprised that India has delivered a dream scenario to the extremist Hindu nationalists in its ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) by

stripping Indian-controlled Kashmir of its decades-old special status which gave the Muslim-majority

state unique levels of autonomy.

However, the disputed land of Jammu and Kashmir appears to be in danger of being ethnically cleansed by Modi, who has repeatedly demonised the region and its people by labelling it as a hotbed of religious

extremism and terrorism. That’s the well-worn terminology used by various tyrants around the world

when they want to crush and oppress ordinary people.

Modi’s next move may well be to ethnically cleanse the Kashmiris from their land in a scorched earth

policy like the one conducted successfully by the military in Myanmar in 2015 against the Rohingya

people. Both may have taken their cue from the Nakba in 1947 when Palestinians were driven from their lands at gunpoint by Zionist terror gangs and the nascent Israel Defence Forces.

At the time of writing, 48 hours have passed and not one word has come out of Washington where

Donald Trump, the so-called leader of the free world, remains uncharacteristically mute about what India

has done. In Britain, home to the world’s largest diaspora Kashmiri community, the Foreign and

Commonwealth Office has also remained silent, as has new Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Even the

opposition Labour Party has been slow to condemn the unfolding drama. The extremely active pro-BJP

political lobby has invested heavily in ways to infiltrate and influence political parties of all stripes on both sides of the Atlantic, and is clearly starting to reap the benefits.

It is quite clear that India spurred on by its close friends, will be emboldened to continue its military

campaign. As Modi was putting the final touches to this treachery last weekend, he and his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu were playing footsie on Twitter in “Honour of Friendship Day”.

“Happy #FriendshipDay2019 India!” tweeted the Israeli Embassy in India. “May our ever strengthening

friendship & #growingpartnership touch greater heights.” Modi responded in Hebrew: “Thank you. I wish

a happy Friendship Day to the wonderful citizens of Israel and to my friend [Benjamin Netanyahu].” India and Israel proved their friendship throughout the ages, he continued. “Our relationship is strong and

everlasting. I wish that our countries’ friendship will grow and bloom even more in the future.” The love-in between Tel Aviv and New Delhi continued with another tweet from Netanyahu: “Thank you, my

friend, India PM @narendramodi. I could not agree with you more. The deep connection between Israel

and India is rooted in the strong friendships between Israelis and Indians. We cooperate in so many areas. I know our ties will only strengthen in the future!”

Netanyahu apparently intends to visit Modi next month, no doubt to offer more advice on how to make

friends and influence people while crushing any resistance to occupation; in other words how to get away

with murder in full view of the international community. Modi was probably given similar advice by Myanmar Commander-in-Chief Senior General Min Aung Hlaing who visited Delhi last month, when India

and Myanmar signed a defence cooperation agreement. The Indian leader invited Hlaing to visit India

right after the US announced a visa ban on him visiting America due to the Rohingya genocide.

The key players in this triumvirate of evil are all passionate about their brutal occupations of Kashmir, Palestine and Rakhine State, where most of the remaining Rohingya live. The three have spent billions

supplying and exporting weapons to each other over the past decade and their police forces have also traded information and training on how to conduct “anti-terror” operations against Kashmiris,

Palestinians and Rohingya.

The objective of self-determination held dear by millions of Kashmiris and Palestinians has been thwarted

and diminished by the post-9/11 “war against terror”, a euphemism for attacks on “Islamist terrorism”, a term that has gained a lot of currency in Myanmar these days. Written off and demonised as so-called

Islamist extremists, this toxic label has made the rest of the world less willing to challenge the cultural,

physical and brutal ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, Rohingya and now, I have no doubt, Kashmiris.

As the UN once again proves to be a toothless organisation in the face of this latest act against the

Kashmiris and their rights, it will be down to global solidarity movements to come together and demand

justice. Sadly, there are few crumbs of comfort for the people of Kashmir; not for nothing are its people known as the forgotten Palestinians.

As Israel, Myanmar and India gloat in their solidarity, mutual support and friendship, one can only guess

what will be the next stage in what could prove to be the final chapter of Kashmir’s bloody story since

1947 when India and Pakistan became locked in conflict over the Muslim-majority region in the northernmost part of India. It will not be lost on Narendra Modi that Myanmar has ethnically cleansed

more than a million Rohingya in recent years without a single prosecution in the international courts.

Thanks to Modi’s new best friend Benjamin Netanyahu and his ilk, the plight of Palestinian refugees has,

if anything, worsened year by year over the past seven decades. In short, Modi knows that India is more

than likely going to be able to get away with murder, as Myanmar has, and Israel has. This triumvirate of evil has innocent blood on its hands, and things are about to get worse.

REF: Dawat-e-Fikr-e-Islami Campaign of Tanzeem-e-Islami

Lahore (PR): “If Modi is allowed to gorge and gobble Occupied Kashmir in this manner, then his next target would be Baluchistan.”

This was said by the Ameer of Tanzeem-e-Islami, Hafiz Aakif Saeed, in a statement. The Ameer noted that by revoking the special status of Occupied Kashmir, India has itself torn apart the self-professed ‘Instrument of Accession’ executed by Maharaja Hari Singh of the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir. That so-called ‘Instrument of Accession’, according to India, contained the guarantee and pre-condition that Jammu and Kashmir would never lose its status of a ‘sovereign autonomous state’ and India would never revoke that status. The Ameer remarked that although Pakistan has taken a few measure in response and retaliation to the Indian move, but these are insufficient in our considered opinion. The reason being that India has, in reality, (tried to) sever the jugular of Pakistan with a stiletto by taking this illegal, unconstitutional and immoral step. The government of Pakistan ought to analyze this tactic and scheme of India correctly and properly with deep insight. The Ameer said that, in fact, this move made by India is just the first step in achieving its real grand and evil plan of Akhand Bharat (Undivided India). If India is not stopped now, it would make every possible effort to try and carve Sindh and Baluchistan from Pakistan.

The Ameer said that Pakistan must cut-off all diplomatic ties in absolute terms with India on an immediate and urgent basis, treating the issue as an emergency. The Pakistani airspace ought to be closed for use by Air India. All international and bilateral treaties made with India, including the Simla Agreement, must be immediately annulled and hurled back at India. He remarked that although we have no objection to approaching international organizations and institutions for addressing this Indian act of blatant injustice, yet we would like to make it clear that no international forum provides ‘Justice’, rather only accepts and accedes to the oppression and brutality perpetrated by ‘the powerful’.

The Ameer concluded by asserting that the only permanent and lasting solution to this matter for us is that we make Pakistan a genuine Islamic Welfare State in letter and true spirit. It that case, even if all powers of the world, and not merely India, connive and conspire against Pakistan, they would never be able to cause any threat or danger to Pakistan in the least. InshaAllah!

Lahore (PR): “The foul-mouthing about the Holy Qur’an by the extremist Indian organization ‘Hindu Sena” is vehemently deplorable.”

This was said by the Ameer of Tanzeem-e-Islami, Hafiz Aakif Saeed, in a statement. The Ameer noted

that the fact of the matter is that uttering profanity about the Holy Qur’an is synonymous to conspiracy and

treachery not just against Muslim but the entire humanity, because the Noble Qur’an shows the path to

universal peace and salvation for the entire human race, both in this world and in the Hereafter. The

Ameer remarked that this attitude of Hindus demonstrates not only their bigotry and xenophobia against

Islam and Muslims, but also proves that they are willing to cross all limits of dishonesty and deception in

order to further their ‘Hindutva Ideology’.

While lamenting the oppression and savagery being carried out in Indian Occupied Kashmir, the Ameer

remarked that the statements being given by Indian ministers regarding the annulment of articles 370 and

35-A of the Indian constitution and the ploy to push for illegitimate settlement of Hindus in Occupied

Kashmir were, in fact, tantamount to a criminal scheme designed to commit genocide of the Kashmiri

Muslims. Hindus with the same mindset were guilty of lynching Muslims in the Indian state of Assam,

which is nothing short of a grave and outright crime against humanity.

The Ameer remarked that it was strange and bizarre that the so-called Human Rights Organizations,

which are extremely quick when reacting against Muslims, were sinisterly silent on these acts of brutality

and oppression being perpetrated by India. The Ameer demanded that the entire Muslim Ummah ought to

take notice of this matter and the Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC) must fulfil its responsibility of

protecting the Muslims and taking India to task.

The Ameer concluded by stating that the Muslims of India had been left with no other choice but to stand

up and wage a struggle for reclaiming their stolen rights.
