The excluded share issue cost RM0.17 per share raised gross proceeds of RM7.14 million that targetedat sophisticated investors. Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd (“Mercury Securities”) will be playing the role asthe adviser, placement agent and custodian for the ET’s listing.

As information, ET makes its Bursa debut with RM41.7 million market capitalization based on the issueprice of 42 million new shares representing 17.1% of the company’s enlarged share capital of245,529,600 shares immediately post-IPO.
