STUDENT AADHAAR Mobile Application
Description: The Student Aadhaar Android based Application
enables the teachers of all schools of Himachal Pradesh State
Government to seed the Aadhaar Number of the
Student through QR code or Barcode or by entering Aadhaar Number
manually and then
populating the basic data of the student so as to generate
School/Class/ Section wise lists
for further data entry on the http://mdmhp.nic.in in portal
where data of all schools is already
available and data entry screen of data fetched from schools
through the App will be pushed.
The App will work offline to seed Aadhaar Number using QR code
or Barcode and store
student Aadhaar data locally on device. After proper validation
of the data, the teachers
after providing authentication details will be sending this data
to central server using internet.

Master data is supplied with the app and seeding data is stored
offline. The Internet connectivity is only needed to send the data
to the core application.

The first screen shows the main menu of student Aadhaar
application. User can click on different buttons for different
functions.
The first menu option is Save/Set School. The user will set the
school for which he/she has to enter the data. All schools data of
the State is available.
The second menu option is Seed Aadhaar No. The user will fill
the basic information and than scan the QR or barcode from the
student Aadhaar card. The data will automatically populate the
screen. The user can also enter Aadhaar number manually.
In case the Roll No. for particular class & section is
already stored, the application will prompt to enter the different
Roll No.

In case the Aadhaar No. of particular student is already stored
and the same aadhar card is being used to store another student
data, the application will prompt with the dialog box as shown
above. The user will click on yes to update the data or on no to
cancel.
The third menu option is Seeded Records. The user can view the
list of all seeded records according to the status, whether it is
Pending, Verified, Synced or Rejected from server (in case data
already exists on the server.)
The fourth menu option is to Reject/verify the seedeed records.
The user can reject , verify or view the stored student data.
The user can view the seeded aadhaar details of student by
clicking on the view option.

The fifth menu option is for Sending the Aadhaar data of
students to the central server (web-based application). The user
can send the multiple data simultaneously to server by clicking on
send all button. The user has to make sure he/she is logged in
before sending the data.
The sixth menu option is login. The user can login using his/her
MDM credentials before sending the data. This option is mandatory
for sending the student’s data (locally stored on the Mobile
Phone/Tab) to the central server.
