Abstract:

Student Lobby is very well defined to make it easy to search hostel, messed stationery. It is useful to the

student specially out of state or district. Even if college provides these facilities, it is sometimes a bit

expensive as compared to that of the private service providers.This application will be free for student but

paid for service providers. Admin will keep these all kind of data in good format and make easy to reach

directly to both end users.

1. INTRODUCTION

In this System we are going to serve the services

for the students. This system will give the all the

details about all the required student

accommodation. In this system the service Provider

can register them and can choose their own

business. The admin then can verify the registered

service Provider and then this details of service

Provider can be seen by the student in needed.

This system will provides all the details of the

service Provider such as distance of shop from the

college, Services provided by them, etc.

2.EXISTING SYSTEM

'Student Lobby' is a System which provides the

solution to the problems which are faced by the

student who takes the new admission. This system

is a search panel for the accommodations of the

students. This system provides the genuine result

are efficiently provides riskier it was very much

difficult for the new admission students to find new

by accommodation.

It was very common problems seen in almost every

education institutes. `Student Lobby' proves the

good solution for the above problems. Relies there

was some sources to get the accommodation but

they were in separated format. But this proposed

System gives all the genuine results of all the

accommodation.

help of this website. This website also

provides the relevant programsrelated to

database.

3. OBJECTIVE

• The main objective of this project is

providing facilities to students. The purpose

of this project is help to find out route and

information near the colleges.

• The student will be friendlier to this

website, it is specially designed for easily to

use.

• Student Lobby project will be solving

problems which facing the students.

• This project is will have all facilities for

student and also for every service providers.

• Registration is mandatory for all service

providers accessing our website. This

project consists of search option, category

and filters to display as per student's

requirement.

• This project is for only for service providers

and Students.

• Service providers have options for

uploading information about the shop. We

include map location facility to projectused.

Other font types may be used if needed for

special purposes.

4. SCOPE OF PROJECT 1. The project will only interact only between

service providers and students.

2. Students will get the contact number of

service providers if the student wants more

information.

3. Service providers will have limited options

for uploading the information.

4. Student will also get map location and

direction around that college.

5. Service providers have to register, and fill

required information.

5. METHODOLOGY

5.1 System Architecture

This project is developed for students and Service

providers. Thisproject is web based to compatible

with any device. Service providers have mandatory

registration to display their information in website.

Student will get help of maps to navigate. Student

gets contact number forget more information.

5.1. System Architecture

5.1.1. Module 1:-Registration Registration is only for the service

providers. Registration page have some required

field, if that will be not filled the registration will

not successful. The registration have is not for

student. Student will directly go to home page.

5.1.2.Module 2:-Login Login module is for authenticate the person

who are login. The Username and password will be

provided to service provider.

5.1.3. Module 3:-Search Portal

This module is used for the students. This

module is useful for searching the service providers

and its details. The client also can filter the results.

9. CONCLUSIONS

Keeping the 21st century's technology in view,

this system is developed to reduce human efforts by

providing on-line search panel for various seer-

vices required for students and also generates

reliable data. It is helpful for the service providers

too, as the marketing overhead is reduced. This

project is therefore, useful for both clients and

service providers.
