1 PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
1.1 PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Program Management task is used to handle application to change course or campus.
How to Access Program Management Screen
1. From Main Screen, click Student Menu. List of submenu for the Student Module will be
displayed on left screen.
2. Click Program Management Submenu. List of tasks for the Program Management
Submenu will be displayed.
3. Click Program Management task. Display Program Management Screen will be displayed
on the working area as shown in Figure 1.1a

From Display Program Management Screen, you will be able to;
Search Program Management
Add Program Management
Edit Program Management
Change Program Management Status
Approve Program Management
Reject Program Management
Search Program Management
1. Click Change Campus tab page to search student change campus or click Change Course
tab page to search student change course.
2. For change campus, click either student requested for TOTAL STUDENT FOR EACH
PROGRAM or student requested through CHANGE PROGRAM STATUSX.
Note: CHANGE PROGRAM STATUSX – Cost center for the login id.
3. Select search field from drop down menu in the Search By field.
4. Enter search information related to choose selected.

5. Click Search button. List of Student to apply for conversion will be appeared.
Add Program Management
1. Click New Program Management button. Search Student Information Screen will be
displayed as shown in figure 1.1b.

2. Choose search student record either by student id or IC/Passport No.
3. Enter search information in field related to choose that has been made.
4. Click Go button. Student information will be appeared in the screen as shown in figure
1.1c.

5. Students may change either campus or course. To change campus, click Change Campus
accordion. To change course, click Change Course accordion. Details information related
to selected will be appeared as shown in figure 1.1d.

6. Fill in all required fields.
7. Click Save button. The information has been entered will be stored.
Edit Program Management
1. Click Edit function on a particular student change record. Edit Change Campus/Course
will be displayed as shown in figure 1.1e or figure 1.1f.

2. Make amendment to the information.
3. Click Update button. The amendment information have been made will be update.
Change Program Management Status
1. Click Status function on a particular student change record. Confirmation Message
dialog box will be displayed as shown in figure 1.1

2. Click OK button. Status of the record will change from pending to inactive or vice versa
Approve Program Management
1. Click Approve function on a particular student change record. Detail of student change
will be displayed as shown in figure 1.1h or figure 1.1i.

2. Click Back button to go back to previous screen.
Reject Program Management
1. Click Reject function on a particular change record. Notification Message dialog box will
be displayed as shown in figure 1.1j.

2. Click OK button. Status of the particular record will change from active to rejected.

1.2 CAMPUS CHANGE ADMIN FEE Campus Change Admin Fee task is used to set the fees for the change program or move
center.
How to Access Campus Change Admin Fee Screen
1. From Main Screen, click Student Menu. List of submenu for the Student Module will be
displayed on left screen.
2. Click Program Management Submenu. List of tasks for the Program Management
Submenu will be displayed.
3. Click Campus Change Admin Fee task. Display Campus Change Admin Fee Screen will be
displayed on the working area as shown in Figure 1.2a

From Display Campus Change Admin Fee Screen, you will be able to;
Add Campus Change Admin Fee
Edit Campus Change Admin Fee
Change Campus Change Admin Fee Status
Add Campus Change Admin Fee
Note: There is only one Admin Fee for change campus. Add function is only possible if the
screen does not appear admin fee.
1. Fill in all the required fields.
2. Click Save button. Notification Message dialog box will be displayed as shown in figure
1.2b.

3. Click OK button. The system will insert the record and appeared in the list as shown in
figure 1.2c.

Edit Campus Change Admin Fee
1. Click Edit function on a particular admin fee record. The admin fee information will be
appeared in the fields and Update button is appeared.
2. Make amendment to the information.
3. Click Update button. Notification Message dialog box will be displayed as shown in
figure 1.2d

4. Click OK button. The system will update the record and change have be made will be
appeared in the list.
Change Campus Change Admin Fee Status
1. Click Status function on a particular admin fee record. Notification Message dialog box
will be displayed as shown in figure 1.2e.

2. Click OK button. Status of the record will change from active to inactive or vice versa.
1.3 CHANGE PROGRAM STATUS Change Program Status task is used to change program status for a particular student.
How To Access Change Program Status Screen
1. From Main Screen, click Student Menu. List of submenu for the Student Module will be
displayed on left screen.
2. Click Program Management Submenu. List of tasks for the Program Management
Submenu will be displayed.
3. Click PrgramStatusChange task. Search Change Program Status Screen will be displayed
on the working area as shown in Figure 1.3a

To Change Program Status
1. Enter IC / Passport Number.

2. Click GO button. Program name and status taken by student will be displayed as shown
in figure 1.3b.

3. Select status from drop down menu on the status column.
4. Click Save button. Notification Message dialog box will be displayed as shown in figure
1.3c.

5. Click OK button. Program status will be changed based on selected.
