Working Procedure

1. The Student Representatives to the University committees are obliged to send the report after the Committee meeting to the Vice President of SG, the Chair of SRSC and liaison assigned for the particular committee within 72 hours after the Committee meeting took place

2. The Student Representatives to the University are obliged to send reports and minutes to specific e-mail address provided by the SRSC

3. The Student Representatives to the University are obliged to send notification to SRSC if the committee they are assigned to has not had any meetings yet

Working Procedure4. The breach of contract by the Student

Representative will serve as grounds for dismissal from the position based on:

• Failure to send the meeting’s agenda to e-mail address provided by SRSC within appropriate period of time

• Failure to send report to e-mail address provided by SRSC within appropriate period of time

• Failure to notify SRSC and SG immediately about the emergency situation

• Failure to attend the Committee meeting without prior notice to SG

• Failure to communicate with Vice President, SRSC Chair and Liaisons

Attend all meetings! If you cannot- immediately notify SG
