Center for Student Success All CSS meetings and services will be available remotely through video or chat features, primarily

Microsoft Teams. Students should use the links under each service for more details. Academic Counseling Writing Center Subject Tutoring

If you have a regularly scheduled meeting with a CSS staff member, those will continue through video or chat. You can schedule a meeting through Navigate. If you have a quick question, we have a live chat option on the CSS page in CobberNet!

The Writing Center is now open for online appointments. Sign up for an appointment using Navigate. Click here for more specifics about online Writing Center appointments.

Tutoring is still available but will shift to on-demand (as-needed) instead of group tutoring (regular, on-going meetings). Read this for directions to get access to tutoring through Microsoft Teams. Subject tutoring is available Sundays-Thursdays from 7-10pm each day.

Counseling Center

Concordia College’s Counseling Center will be providing telecounseling for the remainder of the school year.

To schedule an appointment, or learn more please call the Counseling Center (218-299-3514). We will be open

during normal business hours, M-F, 8-5.

The graduate student counselors, unfortunately, will no longer be able to provide counseling at our Center. If

you were previously working with one of our graduate students and you would like to reschedule an

appointment, please call us and we will work to reschedule you with a professional staff member.

For students in crisis, you may contact the Counseling Center, and we will work to schedule someone to speak

with you as soon as possible via telephone or video. If students need help outside of normal business hours, call

911, or one of the FM area’s 24-hour hotlines:

Financial Aid The Financial Aid Office is available remotely to students, staff and faculty Monday- Friday 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. If a student requires one on one assistance with someone form the Financial Aid Office, they can request a meeting via phone call or Zoom by calling 218-299-3010 or emailing finaid@cord.edu. The Financial Aid Office is offering the same services, loan processing, financial aid awards, one on one support etc, just through remote means.

Global Learning- International Community- Study Away International students, and students who may currently be studying away can contact Susanna Lu, slu@cord.edu for support and information regarding travel and planning for remote learning.

Health Services Health Services is generally, remotely, available Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. Contact Katie Nystuen, Health Services Coordinator, at 218.299.3662 or email knystuen@cord.edu. If you feel sick: Do not go to work, or social events. If you develop a fever and/or symptoms of respiratory illness, such as cough or difficulty breathing: call your healthcare provider immediately. Library While the library building is closed, the librarians and staff of the Carl B will be hard at work to support online learning. We encourage students, faculty and staff to contact us by email (askccref@cord.edu) , web chat on the library homepage, and Zoom. Most library resources are available online, both on and off campus. The library has prepared a LibGuide with resources for students including instructions on how to access electronic databases, downloading eBooks, ILL services, and more. Public Safety Public Safety is available by phone to assist students at 218-299-3123, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Registrar’s Office The Registrar’s Office is working remotely and is open 8a.m.-5p.m. CST, Monday- Friday.

Residence Life The Residence Life staff are available to assist with all housing related needs. For general questions/comments,

you can contact the Main Office Staff by phone 218.299.3872 or email reslife@cord.edu.

For students who remain on campus, there is a student staff member on call in each building. Staff can be reach

by calling the on- call number in their hall 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hall Directors are also available via

email or their office phone. For emergencies, Public Safety is also available by calling 218.299.3123.

Student Development and Campus Life SDCL is here to help in whatever way we can. Students should email sdcl@cord.edu to communicate if their departure plans change, or if they have an emergency financial need that was not expressed in the departure form. The SDCL email is the best to utilize for a question, especially if you don’t know who to ask or contact.
