Medieval Journal AssignmentThis project will challenge you to use your research skills, imagination, and

creativity as you pretend you are a person from the Middle Ages.

Create a medieval person. You will develop this person's personality, his name, and identity. You will decide on his occupation (knight, priest, serf

etc...) You will describe his daily life, including the ups and downs. You must create a family for yourself as well. You may make a Coat of Arms or Family

Crest. You must provide background information that is based in historical truth. You need to discuss where you live and the time period. Certainly you

will need to include any hardships you had to endure. You may use a real king or queen from the time period.

This project is to be written in the first person. In other words, you must become the character you are writing about. You must write this in the form of a journal or diary. You must have ten entries. Each entry must be dated, either daily, once a week, or one a month. Each entry must be at least 1 page typed

with proper citations.
