ENGINEER ING AND INDUSTRIAL S T U D I E S SERVING DESIGNERS, MANUFACTURERS AND OPERATORS

Relevant solutions, more than 30 years of experience

PRESENTATION :Aentec is an engineering office created nearly 10 years ago, specia-

lized in the execution and detail study, in the fields of boiler making,

piping and pressure vessels. Here, our expertise ranges from the rea-

lization of drawings to calculation notes according to the main codes

recognized on the market. Our field experience acquired with manu-

facturers enables us to carry out studies that meet the specific needs

of manufacturing as well as operators, which makes all the difference.

ETS engineering, a company founded 33 years ago was integrated

into the group in 2016. This company is specialized in general ins-

tallation, 3D model, piping, steel frame, boiler making. Thanks to its

experience, it has successfully carried out large-scale projects in both

project management and execution.

Our international expansion has led us to establish AENTEC MIDDLE

EAST in the UnitedArab Emirates to meet the needs of the Middle

East and Africa, in large part, by bringing its skills and professiona-

lism.

To date, other offices have been opened, in India, AENTEC INDIA

and in Nigeria, AENTEC AFRICA showing a strong desire to develop

the group in the world.

BENEFITS :

• Scaffolding unnecessary• No need any contact with the

installations• Reduced on-site measurement time• Limited number of people

• Comprehensive measurements• Provision of a publisher (Panoramic photo allowing the

taking of measures)• Very short deadlines for the realization of the 3D models

of your installations, for example the time required for this 3D model: - 2 days of on-site measurements - 1 month for the realization of the 3D model

Realization of isometrics from the 3D model

PMIIOUR STRENGTHS

• 3D laser scan dimensional measurements

• Creation of a 3D model of the facilities that can be used for studies

• To diagnose possible disorders and find technical solutions to fix it

OUR MEANS

• CND / PV measurement control

• Full implementation of PMII with associated document management

• Plan for inspection and control • Calculation of the minimum

thicknesses• Pipes replacement program• Supporting and framework

analysis

TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS

• 3D model of your site for an inventory of the pipelines and installations

• Calculation of the minimum pipe thicknesses

• Calculation of the boiler equipment

• Calculations of the racks and supports

• Study and technical recommendations

MODERNISATION PLAN OF INDUSTRIAL INSTALLATIONSThe Modernization Plan of Industrial Installations (PMII) initiated at the beginning of 2010 by the French Environment Ministry is implemented by the «arrêté of 4 october 2010».

Under this decree and based upon technical guides, operators will:• Make an accurate inventory of all equipment that present a risk of

pollution• Establish an initial state of these equipments• Develop and implement inspection plans

May we suggest:

Either the full implementation of the PMII

on your site

Or an improvement of the PMII already in place

on your site
