American Education andthe I20 An US University can conditionally admit the student for a particular course based on various parameters, ranging from Standardized Test Scores (GRE, GMAT, etc) to Leadership Qualities. However, it does not release the official document confirming a students’ admission until and unless the student is able to demonstrate financial ability to pay for the first year of the course and continued funds to support the remaining years of education.

There are lot of organizations such as Princeton Review etc. which are not that helpful in my view. Ans : Start early immediately on finishing your graduation. Do an analysis on your own and do not depend on others or outsiders. I was having 50% of funding once I obtained the University admission letter. But I noticed a drastic change in his English language speaking style, family bonding, feeling a sense responsibility and his confidence to manage the situation in abroad in one year and when I met him in the second year in Canada during my personal visit to my daughter's place where he joined with me a for couple of days and updated the current scope in his education and his future planning. We all thrilled and advised him to go ahead and to come out successfully.
