The program must address the topic and is appropriate for the audience. Showing creativity and cohesiveness of design through game world graphics, text treatment, and special effects are extremely important. The user interface is intuitive and responsive to program operations. Navigation is logical and designed to lead the player to the intended objective. The program demonstrates a finished and well-tuned product free of artifacts and glitches. Gameplay incorporates both entertainment and edutainment play within the specifications of the topic. Artistry, character, overall layout, color choice, and design is creative and appealing to the target audience. The program contains some element of skill, chance, competition or random actions that will inspire replay more than once. Player interactions with other characters, objects, obstacles, and iconic graphics are appropriate to the topic and create a feeling of immersion within the game world. The state test, however, uses a variety of other textbooks, many of them mentioned on the textbook document. The national test uses a variety of other textbook as well. Study Tips and Resources Job Interview Cover Letter and Resume:
First, you need to make a great impression with your cover letter and resume. The letter should tie all relevant experiences in with how much you want the job you’re applying for. Do not have any spelling mistakes!
The resume should have all your experiences, qualifications, etc. on it, and if you’re in FBLA, you should have plenty of good things to include! Make sure it is organized in an easy-to-read manner. Both the letter and resume should be on professional paper.
While filling out your job application, make sure you keep all information consistent with what you said in the resume, maybe even bring a copy of your resume with you. Write in blue/black ink legibly. Interview:
Of course, wear appropriate business attire. Be confident, smile, shake hands firmly, and respond honestly. This is the best opportunity to show the judges who you are. Usually at the end they will say, do you have any questions for us? Have a question ready for them (i.e. I love to travel, and I was curious what the traveling in this job entails.)

Get a hold of the NAP questions from the FBLA marketplace. Read Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised until you fully understand all of the information in there. Also know some basic FBLA trivia, which comprise of a small portion of the written test. For the presentation, be sure to meet all of the requirements in the prompt, and practice, practice, practice! Your parliamentarian will lead your studying efforts for this competition.
Public Speaking 1 and 2 Tips: Make sure you have sufficiently prepared your speech beforehand! Aside from that, this event is no different from any of the other public speaking activities or workshops you may have done, or even presentations at school. Be fluent when you speak, but avoid corniness at all costs – judges can tell if you’re being over-the-top very easily.
