Stuffed pepper

Ingredients :- Red pepper- Green lentils- Basmati rice- Tomatoes- Mozzarella cheese- Onion- Garlic- Spices : salt, black pepper, thyme, basil- Olive oil
Step ICook lentils and rice
Step IICut onion and garlic, then
fry it on a pan with butter
Step IIICut the tomatoes and add
them to onion and garlic
Step IVMix all together and add
spices
Step VFill the peppers with
stuffing, add dive oil and bake it in the oven in 200’C
Step VIPut mozzarella cheese
slices on the top and bake it 10 min more
Step VIITake off the oven baked
peppers and decorace it with fresh basil leaves
