SUBJ: BAR COMPLAINT AGAINST DISBARRED NJ ATTORNEY VINCENZA LEONELLI SPINA

To Whom It May Concern,

We are unsure if the New Jersey Bar Association is the proper venue to submit our Bar

Complaint against a disbarred New Jersey Attorney (since they are no longer allowed to practice law),

therefore if this complaint needs to be filed elsewhere, please let us know.

The nature of our complaint is simple. We have proof that disbarred attorney Vincenza Leonelli

Spina continues to practice law since being disbarred in 2008. Our attached evidence is as follows:

EXHIBIT A – On September 25th, 2008 the Supreme Court of New Jersey ordered that Vincenza Leonelli

Spina of Totowa, NJ be disbarred for the “knowing misappropriation of client trust funds”. Furthermore,

it was ordered that Vincenza Leonelli Spina “be and hereby is permanently restrained and enjoined from

practicing law.”

EXHIBIT B – The following declaration was made by Former House Majority Leader, House Judiciary

Chairman and Senator of Arkansas, Steve Harrelson, confirming that disbarred attorney Vincenza

Leonelli Spina was indeed conducting legal and financial transactions for the Spina Law Firm under the

alias "Antonella Mollica" from August 2015 through August 2016.

EXHIBIT C - The following emails were sent by disbarred attorney Vincenza Leonelli Spina to the

Attorney representing Spina Law Firm employee, convicted felon Brandon King, in Arkansas. She used

the alias "Antonella Mollica". These emails have been turned over to the New Jersey's Lawyers Fund

(currently suing Vincenza Spina for fraud). We have the unredacted versions of these emails as well, and

would be more than happy to provide them, if needed.

EXHIBIT D - The following transcript is from convicted felon Brandon King's contempt of court hearing

(he was arrested at the end of the hearing). According to his sworn testimony, he works for the Spina

Law firm in New Jersey, his point of contact is “Antonella Mollica”, and they pay him $33,000 per year.

We have reached out to the only “Antonella Mollica” within the United States, who ironically lives a few

blocks from Vincenza Spina. She has confirmed that she does not, nor has ever, worked for the

Spina Law Firm. Furthermore, she confirmed that it appears Vincenza Spina is fraudulently using her

name and identity to conduct legal and financial transactions. We can put the New Jersey Bar directly in

touch with the real Antonella Mollica, if needed.

EXHIBIT E – Further proof that Vincenza Spina was fraudulently impersonating Antonella Mollica. The

website antonellamollica.com was registered under Spina Law firm employee Brandon King:

EXHIBIT F – “Antonella Mollica” emailed Bullyville.com founder James McGibney from anto.nella77@yahoo.com. That email address tracks back to Patrick Spina’s law firm address in Totowa,

NJ.

EXHIBIT G – Within the lawsuit of Sodini & Spina vs. Patrick Spina, it was revealed that Vincenza Leonelli

Spina was still working for Attorney Patrick Spina at his law firm.

EXHIBIT H – The New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protections v. Vincenza Leonelli-Spina. Case is

currently in discovery phase. We have provided a copy of this bar complaint directly to them as well.

EXHIBIT I – New Jersey is only 1 of 6 States that prohibits disbarred attorney's from being employed as

Paralegals and/or public Notary’s. Disbarred Attorney Vicenza Leonelli Spina had an active Notary

license through July 22, 2016 and recently renewed her license through March 8, 2022. She is still

practicing law as a paralegal through the Spina Law Firm.

We have plenty of additional evidence that conclusively proves that disbarred Attorney Vincenza

Leonelli-Spina continues to practice law through the Spina Law Firm. We are hopeful that this bar

complaint will receive the full attention it justly deserves. Thank you for your time and consideration in
