Cuina Justa Presentation:

The main objective of theCassia Just - Cuina Justa Foundation

is the integration of people with mental and social issues into the world of employment

Cuina Justa was born 17 years ago focussing its activities on group restoration.

Cuina Justa has two lines of production: Communities and Vgama.

- COMMUNITIES: Dining service management with transport option. Comprehensive kitchen management in our

customer kitchens. Customers: BFIS, English School, Vila

Olímpica, Pere Tarres, etc.

- VGAMA: Long life products(12 days) Sandwiches and Salads. 100% Fresh products with 5 day expiration. Customers : Áreas, Vueling, Gate Gourmet, Port Aventura,

Aeropuertos, etc.

Cuina Justa currently manages around 4000 daily menus for more than 50 customers across the province of Barcelona and has over 210 employees making it a leading entity

of reference in the social world, without any political or business links.

Common goals:

The main objective for BFIS and Cuina Justa is to increase the quality of the centre dining room to re-create a reference service in the food section both for students and staff.

For this, the two entities have made significant human and financial efforts with the results to be seen when the centre begins its dining service on August 31st.
