In sentences beginning with there, and here the subject comes after the verb.

Example….

 The subject follows the verb in sentences beginning with THERE. To find the subject cross-out the Here (or There) and rearrange the sentence.

For example, There are some letters for you.- There are some letters for you. = Some

letters are for you.
