Art and Design RequirementsWe accept artwork on disc or by e-mail in AdobeIllustrator or Photoshop CS5 or lower in both PC and Mac. All images must be at least 300dpi.Please forward artwork to:[email protected] [email protected]. All artwork must include your company name, purchase order, contactinformation and product name for which the artwork is intended. Black & white artwork is accepted, a scan and redrawing fee of $125.00(C) will apply.Artwork will not be returned unless otherwise specified on your purchase order. Please include your courier account number.
PackagingAll orders are individually polybagged.
ShippingWe ship Fedex or UPS prepaid and invoice for all charges. If an alternate courier is preferred, please specify which courier is to be used and provide anaccount number. Brokerage fees may applyto shipments destined to the USA. Duty charges will apply on products shipped outside North America.
Samples Samples will be available at end column pricing. Terms of PaymentOur terms are 50% deposit upon artwork approval and 50% prior to shipping. Please note we accept Visa and Mastercard.
