Pumps Factsheet

A Tradition of Performance, Reliability and Value.Designed for reliable pumping of waste water, these high-performance pumps deliver maximum spherical solids handling to reduce clogs. All models have stainless steel corrosion-resistant shaft and hardware, regardless of base and housing material. With oil-cooled and lubricated, continuous-duty PSC motors and silicon-carbide or carbon-ceramic mechanical seals. Most models have power cord plug-in feature which is great for easy pump or cord replacements. Models with tether and vertical float switches feature piggyback controls which allow for conversion to manual mode. (Except Nos. 4LE22 and 4LE23 are automatic only.)

WARNING: Use only with nonflammable liquids compatible with pump component materials and in nonflammable/nonexplosive atmospheres.

Cast IronModels with 2" NPT discharge can accommodate 2" spherical solids; 3" discharge models can handle 2 1/2" solids. Max. temperature is 104°F continuous (Nos. 3BB87, 4HU79, and 4LE12 have a maximum temperature of 77°F).

Stainless SteelAll stainless construction provides excellent corrosion resistance. Pumps handle solids up to 2." Include 2," 90° elbow. UL Listed.
