Submission Guide 2020 LOOP Design Awards www.loopdesignawards.com How to Enter LOOP Design Award is designed as a complete online platform for the convenience of the designers by entering and uploading all the projects online in a simple and easy process. All the entries are made through our online entry system. STEP 1. Register online at LOOP Design Awards Register with all personal information – First name, Last name and email. Select your username – it will not be visible in your profile. Choose your password and read the Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy Proceed with Registration After registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All the nomination packs are valid until the end of submission deadline on 30th September 2020. You are able to buy the NOMINATION PACKS now and submit your projects later. If you miss the final deadline of 30th of September 2020 to submit your projects to LOOP Design Awards, we are not able to refund the amount. Judging Criteria The judging process for the LOOP Design Awards is designed to reflect the great qualities and complexity of architecture and interior design. Our exceptional panel of jurors will be asked to rate and evaluate each of the submitted entries based on their diverse qualities, such as Form, Function and Impact, but also take into consideration many other aspects. SPACE • LIGHT • HARMONY • CONTEXT • DETAILS • INTENSITY • DIVERSITY • CREATIVITY • CONTRAST • TEXTURES • MATERIALITY • ENVIRONMENT • BEAUTY • STYLE • SIMPLICITY • TRANSPARENCY Entries that stand out in one or more of the following categories have a great chance of winning the so aspired LOOP Design Award. Terms & Conditions All necessary information and materials should be provided within the deadline or the entry submission will not be accepted. Projects may be excluded from LOOP Design Awards if their materials infringe any property right. All the entrants authorize LOOP Design Awards to publish the submitted materials for the promotion of the award and winner’s promotion. The copyrights and property of the projects and materials submitted to LOOP Design Awards (photography, drawings and texts) remain with the respective applicant at all times. We will not be able to refund any of the NOMINATION PACK FEES. All the entries that are not submitted within the deadline timeframe will not be refunded
