SUBMITTAL NOTES:

UNIT CONFIGURATION: This unit is configured as single zone VAV, mixed air or 100% outside air unit, heat pump unit with hot gas reheat and electric heating. Unit is shipped as a bottom supply / bottom return unit that is to be mounted on the shipped loose knock-down roof curb for flat roofs for field install by others. Please ensure curb is level and square side to side, front to back.

SINGLE POINT POWER and DISCONNECT: Power required for these units is 460v / 3ph / 60hz. We are providing factory mounted 65kA SCCR non-fused disconnect and phase failure monitor. A FIELD powered 115v GFCI outlet is provided.

FIELD PIPING: Contractor, please note, units DO NOT have condensate traps, a properly sized external trap with a depth of at least 2 times the unit ESP as a rule of thumb is required for proper drainage. External piping is not provided and assumed to be by others.

FILTERS AND FILTER RACKS: A combo 2/4” filter rack with access door with 2” MERV-8 filters being provided; the unit is provided with (1) set of filters. All others are assumed to be by others.

TCC/BMS CONTRACTOR: The unit is being provided with a factory Microtech III controller with BACnet MSTP communication card. A shipped loose combination humidity and temperature sensor is provided with the unit for field installation by others. Any additional control requirements are assumed to be by others including smoke detectors.

CHECK, TEST and START-UP: Thermal Equipment Sales, Inc. is providing factory authorized startup for quality control purposes.

WARRANTY and LABOR WARRANTY: The unit has a ONE YEAR (entire unit parts), and a FIVE YEAR (compressor) parts only warranty, this is provided by Daikin. This warranty begins at substantial completion. Thermal Equipment Sales is not providing labor warranty for the equipment.
