Form rules regulation was formed by Pani Samiti for Drinking water programme sustainability 3 Village namely Bera, Hadapar and Jakhau. Registration of Drinking Water Assets in asset Register of Panchayat in 2 villages namely, Kaduli and Rapargadh.Final Project completion work completed in 6 village, Namely Kaduli, Daradvandh, Vanku, Chhachhi, Kamand, and Kamand.Documentation of Case Studies of Pani Thiye Panjo Programme.

During the reporting period, Sahjeevan & partner NGOs have focused on important activities on Management of Drinking water schemes and Water governance. Last Three month Pani team facilitated Pani samiti & Panchayat to form Rules & Regulation for Operation and maintenance of Drinking water source and Scheme for long time Sustainability. These Activities carried out by our team in 3 Villages.

Every year two times drinking well cleaning by Pani samiti.No one would go for latrine on band of drinking water pond.Pani samit iwill collect 5 rupees per month per family water tariff for

drinking water's source Cleaning.

Pani samti meet every month for Drinking water activity.Pani samiti put financial information in quarterly gramshabha.Panchayat will be responsible for repairing and maintenance of

drinking water source.People will not go on well wearing footwear.People use well water for only drinking water purpose.

Sahjeevan has been started a taluka level campaign for Asset registration in Panchayats Asset register. Such process Sahjeevan has completed an asset registration total 5 Villages 92 villages in this quarter) out of 12 villages. We also set up collaboration with taluka panchayat for Asset registration and water governance model creation.

Sahjeevan in collaboration with Arid communities and Technologies, developed Ground water protection guideline in one suzlon supported village.In the last quarter Gramshabha was organized in Every Panchyat, our team attended those Gramshabha of Suzlon Supported Bera-hadapar, Jakhau Panchayat, and Rapargadh.

Sahjeevan has been done with water budgeting process with 2 panchyat and with there pani samiti. Jakhau and Bera hadapar panchyat done there Water budgeting exercise. Water budgeting exercise is very useful for deciding water tax for own water scheme and source management.

D o c u m e n ta t i o n t e a m o f S u z l o n Foundation had visited Abadsa Talukas They had taken four villages in last quarter namely, Kamand, Bera hadapar Budiya and Rapargadh vi llage. Sahjeevan had organized meeting with communities, Pani Samitis, Panchayat representatives for the documentation team of suzlon supported village's project and presented overall status of Pani Thiye Panjo programme.

WASMO, Sahjeevan and Arghyam have jointly done third party evaluation by Taru from Delhi base consulting organization. They had visited 10 represent village of Pani Thiye Panjo, They had also taken visit of suzlon supported village namely, Kaduli and Jakhau.

Financial Evaluation carried out by Lekha Mitra Ngos in during 16th Dec to 17 dec 2010. Lekh mitra team member take visit of Kamand and kaduli village for Evaluation purpose, he meet Pani samiti and Panchayat. They explained process of the programme, physical work and there record system. He also meets representative of VRTI for financial evaluation purpose.

Our engineer takes final measurement with Pani samiti members of all physical structure.

Parab prepared final execution cost of all structure.Parab prepared excess saving statement with Pani samti and Pani samiti putting a justification of any changes.Implementing organization prepared a final utilization certificate. Implementing organization's head send a sign copy of completion certificate to sahjeevan.Checking of all financial documents.Sahjeevan has send to this copy ACT, (act is third party for sanctioning and completion of drinking water project.) ACT is send to final copy from sahjeevan then final sign of Sahjeevan CEO on that. This is our final completion process.Final grant release by Sahjeevan to pani samiti.

Sahjeevan hasbeen organize series of meeting with partner about develop new proposal of raparbhachau taluka's drinking water source development and source strengthening. Sahjeevan has been prepared a proposal on Drinking water source development

With two partners for 24 villages.
